Prasanta Dutta is currently serving as a Development Officer under the Ministry of Urban Development attached to the Guwahati Municipal Corporation. Simultaneously, he is an accomplished author, acclaimed music director in the Assamese film industry and a feature film producer. He is the recipient of the International Achiever Award for 2023–2024. To date, he has authored seven books and has co-authored two books with Shri. Pat Kennedy, USA, published by Ravena Publications, New Delhi. Very recently, he signed an MOU with bestselling author Shri. Ray Croke from Ireland for his next book.
