Piyank Dutta runs an independent management consultancy firm specializing in Innovation and Marketing in London, UK. For over two decades, he has successfully transformed consumer insights into winning food innovations and has significantly influenced the strategic direction of leading food brands.
He has led complex international projects for Blue Chip companies, collaborating with institutions and manufacturers across multiple geographies. His last assignment was with Tilda, part of Ebro Foods, Spain, supporting the brand’s expansion of its food portfolio and global presence in Europe. Previously, he managed global innovations and new product development for Marks & Spencer Foods, British American Tobacco, Dairy Crest, Premier Foods, Associated British Foods, Gu Desserts and Nestle.
Beyond his professional career, he serves as a Trustee of the Essex Indians Charity, an organization dedicated to promoting Indian culture among the next generation, creating health awareness and building community cohesion.
