This award, sponsored by C. Narayan Rao (8th Batch), is presented annually to the topper of the B.Sc. (Agri.) 2nd year. It carries a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 along with a certificate. To date, a total of seven students have been honoured with the R2 Seeds Excellence Award.
